1/3 cup (85 g) creamy peanut butter
2 tablespoons (40 g) honey
1 tablespoon (15 ml) lime juice (about 1/2 lime)
1 tablespoon (15 ml) soy sauce
1 teaspoon Sriracha sauce
1 garlic clove, grated
2 teaspoons (10 g) grated fresh ginger
1 to 2 tablespoons (15 to 30 ml) hot water
In a small bowl, whisk together the peanut butter, honey, lime juice, soy sauce, Sriracha, garlic, and ginger. Add 1 tablespoon (15 ml) water and whisk to combine. For a thinner sauce, add up to 1 additional tablespoon (15 ml) water to achieve the consistency you’d like.
