500g chicken
1 can peaches
2 cups rice
4 cups of water
1 tsp salt
1 can corn
1 bottle curry sauce
150g Gouda
1 Schmand
Cut the chicken to small pieces
Fry the chicken on a pan
Cook the rice with a little bit of salt in the water
Cut the peaches to small pieces
Once the rice and the meat is ready, get a casserole-dish and grease with margarin/butter
Put chicken, rice, peaches, corn and the curry-sauce in the dish and mix well.
Pour the juice from the peaches into the dish.
Grate the cheese and mix it with the Schmand. Put this on top as a layer in the casserole-dish.
Pre-heat the over to 180degrees.
Enter the casserole in the oven (middle-level) for approx. 25min (or until the top starts getting some colour).
