300 g Vollkornnudeln in Salzwasser garen
je 1 rote/grüne Paprika in Streifen schneiden
je 1 kl. grüne/gelbe Zucchini in Scheiben
80 g Zuckerschoten putzen
3 Eßl Olivenöl erhitzen
1 Zwiebel
1 Knoblauchzehe hacken, anschwitzen
Paprika, Zucchini, Zuckerschoten zugeben
1/8 l Brühe zugeben
Salz, Pfeffer
Zugedeckt 5 Min dünsten
1 grüne Peperoni halbieren, in feine Streifen
300 g Tomaten häuten, vierteln, zugeben
Zugedeckt 2 Min dünsten
Nudeln unter das Gemüse mischen
Mit 2 Eßl. Kräuter (Petersilie, Thymian, Oregano) bestreuen
Alles in eine gebutterte Form füllen
250 g Mozzarella in Scheiben auflegen
50 g Butterflöckchen auflegen
15 – 20 Min bei 190 Grad überbacken
