Dinkel-Buchweizenbrot (Kolks)
Dinkel-Buchweizenbrot (Kolks): Date Added: 25 Feb 2015 Ingredients:

400 g Dinkelmehl
100 g Buchweizenmehl
je 80 g Sesam, Leinsamen, Sonnenblumenkerne
2-3 Eßl Kürbiskerne (je nach Geschmack)
2 Teel Salz
2 Eßl Obstessig
11 Würfel Hefe
½ l warmes Wasser

Cooking Instructions:

Hefe im Wasser verrühren, mit allen Zutaten mischen,
in eine gefettete, mit Sesam ausgestreute Kastenform füllen,
(Teig muss nicht gehen)
Im kalten Backofen auf unterer Schiene bei 220 Grad ca. 1 Std. backen (Dinkel kann durch Weizen ersetzt werden)
