400 g Dinkelmehl
100 g Buchweizenmehl
je 80 g Sesam, Leinsamen, Sonnenblumenkerne
2-3 Eßl Kürbiskerne (je nach Geschmack)
2 Teel Salz
2 Eßl Obstessig
11 Würfel Hefe
½ l warmes Wasser
Hefe im Wasser verrühren, mit allen Zutaten mischen,
in eine gefettete, mit Sesam ausgestreute Kastenform füllen,
(Teig muss nicht gehen)
Im kalten Backofen auf unterer Schiene bei 220 Grad ca. 1 Std. backen (Dinkel kann durch Weizen ersetzt werden)
