Linseneintopf: Date Added: 25 Feb 2015 Ingredients:

200 g durchw. Speck würfeln, anbraten
2 Stg. Lauch in Ringe
2 Möhren in Scheiben
1 Stck. Sellerie würfeln

Gemüse zugeben, 5 Min dünsten
1 Zwiebel mit 1 Lorbeerblatt spicken
375 g eingeweichte Linsen und Zwiebel zugeben
Salz, Pfeffer
45 Min garen

500 g Kartoffeln würfeln, nach 20 Min zugeben
4 Kochwürste 10 Min vor Ende zugeben
1 Eßl Zucker
5 Eßl Essig
(besonders gut: Backpflaumen und Apfelspalten mitkochen)
