1Päckchen Vanillin-Zucker
100g Butter

100g Puderzucker
2ELZitronensaft
TEIG:
mischen, sieben, eßlöffelweise unterrühren
den Teig auf ein gefettetes Backblech geben, glattstreichen, vor den Teig in mehrfach umgeknicktes Stück Alufolie legen
BELAG:
Pfirsiche abtropfen lassen, in Scheiben schneiden, auf den Teig legen (reindrücken)
Weizenmehl in eine Schüssel sieben, mit Zucker/VanillinZucker mischen. Butter in Flöckchen dazugeben,alle Zutaten mit den Händen oder mit 2 Gabeln zu Streuseln vermengen, auf die Pfirsiche verteilen
175-200C 25min backen
GUß:
Puderzucker sieben und mit Zitronensaft glattrühren so dass eine dickflüssige Masse entsteht. Sofort nach dem Backen den Guß mit einem Pinsel oder mit einem Teelöffel auf dem Gebäck verteilen.
