200 g Crème double
200 g Zwiebel(n)
100 g Speck
etwas süße Sahne
Aus Mehl, Öl, Wasser, Salz einen Knetteig herstellen; er darf sich nicht klebrig anfühlen. Zwiebeln in dünne Scheiben schneiden; Speck ebenfalls in dünne, schmale Streifen schneiden. Teig sehr dünn ausrollen, mit Crème double oder Crème Fraîche (mit etwas süsser Sahne vermengt) bestreichen. Zwiebeln und Speck darauf verteilen.
Im vorgeheizten Backofen auf höchster Stufe ca. 15 bis 20 Minuten backen, bis der Boden knusprig ist.
Zubereitungszeit: ca. 30 Minuten
