40 g Mehl
30 g Butter
250 ml Brühe
200 ml Sahne
3 TL Curry
Eine Prise Salz und weißer Pfeffer zum Abschmecken
Zuerst wird dafür die Butter in einen Topf gegeben und geschmolzen. Dazu kommt dann zuerst die Brühe, welche mit der geschmolzenen Butter verrührt wird. Dann kommen das Mehl und der Curry auch noch hinzu, die beide auch mit der Brühe und Butter vermengt werden. Das Ganze muss auf nicht zu hoher Flamme unter Rühren leicht köcheln und wird nach kurzer Zeit vom Herd genommen. Anschließend wird die Sahne noch in die gekochte Masse eingerührt. Als letztes wird die fast fertige Curry-Sauce mit etwas Salz und weißen Pfeffer abgeschmeckt und verfeinert.
Tipp: Wer es etwas schärfer mag, der gibt einfach noch mehr Curry hinzu.
