80g Zucker
20g Frisch-Hefe
100-150ml Milch
50g Butter
1 Ei
1 Prise Salz
50g gehackte Mandeln
50g Rosinen
1. Das Mehl in eine Schüssel sieben. In die Mitte eine Vertiefung drücken.
2. 2TL Zucker mit der Frisch-Hefe und etwas lauwarmer Milch verrühren, in die Vertiefung hineingeben und mit etwas Mehl vermengen. An einem warmen Ort zugedeckt etwa 15Min gehen lassen.
3. Die restliche lauwarme Milch, Butter, Ei, Zucker und Salz sowie Mandeln und Rosinen auf das Mehl geben und alles gut miteinander verkneten. Danach nochmals 30-45 Minuten zugedeckt gehen lassen.
4. Den Teig gleichmäßig in die Gugelhupfförmchen verteilen und ca. 35-45 Minuten backen (Ober-/ Unterhitze 180C)
5. Tipp: Bestäuben Sie die Gugelhupfs mit Puderzucker
