375g Mehl
20g Frisch-Hefe
1TL Zucker
100-150ml Milch
80g Butter
1 Ei
1 TL Salz
100g magerer Speck
100g fein geriebener Emmentaler
1. Das Mehl in eine Schüssel sieben. In die Mitte eine Vertiefung drücken
2. Den Zucker mit der Frisch-Hefe und etwas lauwarmer Milch verrühren, in die Vertiefung hineingeben und mit etwas Mehlr vermengen. An einem warmen Ort zugedeckt etwa 15Min gehen lassen
3. Die restliche lauwarme Milch, Butter, Ei und Salz auf das Mehl geben und alles gut miteinander verkneten. Danach nochmals 30-45Min zugedeckt gehen lassen.
4. Währenddessen den Speck klein schneiden und in der Pfanne etwas anrösten. Den Käse sehr fein raspeln.Beides zu dem Hefeteig geben und gut einarbeiten.
5. Den Teig gleichmäßig indie Gugelhupfförmchen verteilen und ca. 30-40Minuten backen
Ober-/Unterhitze 180Cvorgeheizt untere Einschubhöhe.
