6 ganze Hähnchenbrüste halbieren, abspülen, trocken tupfen
Kräutersalz würzen
4 Eßl Öl bestreichen
2 Bd Suppengrün (Porree, Möhren, Sellerie, Petersilie) kleinschneiden
2 Zwiebeln Ringe schneiden
2 Lorbeerblätter
2-3 Eßl Orangenlikör
3-4 Eßl flüssiger Honig
6 Stiele Thymianblättchen verrühren
Backblech mit Öl bestreichen, Hähnchenbrüste und Gemüse darauf verteilen
Backofen auf 250 Grad/Umluft vorheizen, 20 – 25 Min braten
Fleisch damit bestreichen, weitere 20-25 Min braten.
Wenn das Fleisch braun ist, auf einen Teller geben und das Gemüse dazulegen.
Dazu schmeckt ein Salat und ital. Brot oder Kräuterbaguette.
